?? Toni Anderson-
A Mankato local,  I graduated from West Senior High school and began my post-secondary education at Minnesota State University. Realizing MSU just wasn't where I wanted to be, I got a job as a paraprofessional substitute throughout District 77 and the surrounding area. I worked with students Pre-K through 12th grade, of all skill level. I began working at Starr Cycle after the school year ended in 2011 for a summer job, but had so much fun that I made the easy call to stay at Starr when the school year started back up in the fall.

I first got into bikes the summer after I graduated high school; I met a new group of friends who all had bikes, and they taught me how to ride, I'd go on rides with them, watch them work on their vehicles, and we began going to events, shows and demos together as well.

I'd always wanted my own street bike, but never had the right opportunity. Within the first month of working at Starr Cycle, I had bought my first bike- a 2011 Honda CBR250R. I got to take it up to DCTC on our track days, and had a lot of fun with it. But by the beginning of fall, I had already decided I wanted something else. I ended up trading in my CBR after having it only for a few months, for a 2010 KTM 690 Duke- and I couldn't have made a better decision! I absolutely love my KTM. Next spring I'm looking forward to buying myself a dirtbike; which will be a completely new experience for me.. I'm thinking a Kawasaki.

And although I'm the youngest and least experienced employee here at Starr Cycle, I'm working hard and learning fast! If you need me, I'll be up at the parts counter.
