All appointments you make online will not be final, it is a request. Once submitted, someone from Starr Cycle will open your online application and compare your preferred appointment time with our mechanics' schedules. You will receive a phone call from one of our employees after your submission, to either confirm your appointment or to set up an alternative appointment based on availability.
If you are experiencing difficulty making an appointment online, call us at the shop and we can set one up for you.
If you are calling past our store hours or if we are tied up with customers when you call, please leave us a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Remember to plan ahead for your road trips and rides! If you need your vehicle back to you by a certain date, make sure to let us know when you drop it off, or to make your appointment far enough in advance so that we can help serve you!
